Pinpoint Laser Systems has an opening for a Business Development Manager with strong, hands-on mechanical skills and a technically oriented background with a proven sales growth history. We are looking for a candidate who will join and help strengthen our dynamic team environment and enjoys working with interesting customers around the globe.

The Position

  • Proven track record in sales growth with strong B2B experience
  • Experience finding new markets and customers
  • Expertise in mechanical products, equipment, manufacturing systems, and custom products
  • Ability to work in a sales engineering role with customers
  • Experience supporting international clients and sales representatives
  • Prior experience in marketing strategy and new markets
  • Knowledge of overseas business development strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong online presentation skills

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a growing sales operation
  • Proven experience with B2B sales and building customer relationships
  • Proven managerial experience with sales teams and technical products
  • Proven skills working with marketing and sales strategies for growing business
  • Mechanical, technical, and engineering experience is ideal
  • Comfortable with customers and measuring solutions
  • Ability to understand and explain engineering solutions
  • Innovative and creative participation with sales and engineering design teams

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Standard 8-hour day

Location: Daily commute to corporate headquarters — Peabody, MA 01960

Compensation: $110,000 – $145,000
