Mory Creighton

C.E.O.

Mory Creighton has over 35 years of experience in business development, marketing, and engineering primarily in the mechanical, electrical, and optical areas. He began his career in the financial industry and quickly moved to OPTRA, Inc. developing and marketing high precision, laser measuring products for industrial companies and the Federal government.

Mory founded Pinpoint Laser Systems to design, develop, market, and manufacture a broad line of precision measuring and alignment products that improve manufacturing efficiency and address industrial alignment needs. Mory remains actively involved with the company’s management with a particular focus on growth and the development of new industrial products and markets. Outside of work, Mory enjoys sailing, skiing, hiking, and woodworking and serves on several volunteer boards and community groups.

James Wynne

Manufacturing Manager

James is our production manager and joins our team with 10 plus years of management experience in technology fields and over twenty years of experience with electro mechanical repair. James studied graphic design and photography at Framingham State University before turning his concentration towards more technical fields.

James currently resides in Gloucester Massachusetts. In his free time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, taking photography trips and spending time with his family and Pugs.

Travis Brown

Marketing Manager

Travis Brown is a member of the Pinpoint team. He joins our team with a background in automotive and local business marketing and has continued to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends. Between making sure our website is following the best SEO practices, to photography and video production, to trade show organization, Travis has helped our company stay up to date in the rapidly changing digital age.

On Travis’ free time he can always be around water, warm or frozen. In the summer he can be found in the ocean around Gloucester and Ipswich boating with his friends and family. In the winter he will be monitoring the snow forecast to figure out which ski resort will have the best weekend skiing.

Tim Feehrer

Design Engineer

Tim Feehrer graduated from WPI with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has worked in various engineering fields since. Tim started his career at a Massachusetts-based company designing high-powered CO2 lasers for welding and laser cutting. After this, Tim went on to work at an industry-leading biolab automation company, designing large robotic automation platforms in laboratories across the globe for pharmaceutical and biotech applications. Tim also has several past and ongoing freelance engineering projects ranging from orthopedic surgical accessories to RF-controlled traffic signaling devices. Tim now leads the mechanical design of Pinpoint’s standard products and custom alignment solutions.

In his free time, Tim enjoys doing anything outdoors with his friends, including hiking, biking, skiing, scuba diving and camping all over New England. Tim also enjoys 3D printing and tinkering at home.

J-M Cascio

Sales Manager

With over 15 years of success in sales and account management, John-Michael drives measurable growth while building lasting client relationships. Working in territories that have exceeded $25 million in sales, he has leveraged deep market insight and strategic planning to exceed targets. His background spans metals, agriculture technology, automotive, and consumer products, paired with nine years of team leadership that foster collaboration, efficiency, and consistently strong results. J-M graduated from the University of New England in 2010 while being actively involved in Student Government as the Class of 2010 Representative and being voted Varsity Soccer Captain in 2009.

Outside of work, J-M enjoys an active, family-centered life. He treasures time with his wife, two daughters, and their loving dog. They can be found walking or scootering around the neighborhood, enjoying time in the backyard or on local nature trails, and can always find a playground. He also enjoys gathering with friends to catch up, while allowing their children to play together.

Ken Nelson

Customer Support Manager

Ken has over 30 years experience in electro-mechanical engineering. He served in the United States Air Force for four years and received hands-on training in electro systems and maintenance. Prior to joining Pinpoint, Ken was Vice President of N&N Manufacturing, a cable and harness manufacturer for the medical industry.

Ken joined Pinpoint in 1998 and works with many Pinpoint customers on their applications and recommending solutions. He is involved with the development of new Pinpoint products and manufacturing systems. Outside of work, Ken loves cars and you will find him cruising the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire in one of his favorite cars.

Michelle Ricci

Office Manager / Administration

As a dedicated and detail-oriented administrative professional, Michelle Ricci has been meeting the office needs of corporations and individuals in the North Shore area for the past 20 years. She currently is our Office Admin for Pinpoint Laser Systems handling large-volume administrative and shipping services for the company. She specializes in preparing asset, product and capital account management and analysis as well as analyzing financial options through risk and benefit options. With her wonderful analytical mind as well as careful computational skills, she is able to perform precise task, ensuring that all company transactions and decisions are accurately represented.
