The Pinpoint Laser Systems Microgage Adjustable Receiver mount is another item in a broad family of mounting attachments to use with your Laser Microgage system. This mount comes with each kit and allows you to position the receiver at different elevations and attach it to machine tools. The mount itself consists of a plate and threaded stainless steel rods that go together and screw into the plate. The plate itself is three inches long by two inches wide and has a series of 1/4-20 and 10/32 mounting holes arranged across the bottom. Your Microgage receiver also has mounting holes in place, both on the back and sides base, and a mounting block attaches onto the receiver allowing it to be attached to this accessory and others. The receiver can be set at different elevations, and a brass locking screw holds the receiver at different places. The mount can also be turned around if it’s more convenient to mount it from behind and have the receiver over the front. This mount is very practical for attaching to machine tool slides, moving equipment, and other elements on the factory floor.
