About the 90-Line-D PRO
The 90-Line-D PRO is the new and enhanced version of Pinpoint’s proven 90-Line-D, and ideal for squaring machinery production equipment and related project. Rebuilt in a durable, compact 2″ x 2″ housing that aligns precisely with the beam centerline of Pinpoint laser transmitters and receivers. Setups stack cleanly, with less shimming and fewer offsets to account for.
The 90 Line-D Pro works with a highly accurate penta-prism bends the incoming laser beam exactly 90°, redirecting it to a new “square” laser reference line. The exiting beam is square to the incoming beam within 0.0006°, equivalent to 0.001 in. over 8 ft. Rotating the front nosepiece turns that reference line through a full rotation, sweeping a square laser reference plane for additional alignment and measurement work. A fine adjust feature helps you direct the beam exactly where it is needed, while a built-in receiver monitors the incoming beam and actively corrects for any misalignment.
Fully compatible with Pinpoint’s Microgage line and a wide range of laser receivers, mounts, and software options, including the Microgage PRO Smart Display and Capture™ software.
