About the 90-Line-DW PRO
The 90-Line-DW PRO is the new and enhanced, wireless version of Pinpoint’s proven 90-Line-D, and ideal for squaring machinery production equipment and related project. Rebuilt in a durable, compact 2″ x 2″ housing that aligns precisely with the beam centerline of Pinpoint laser transmitters and receivers. Setups stack cleanly, with less shimming and fewer offsets to account for, and with no cable to route between the prism and the display.
The 90 Line-DW Pro works with a highly accurate penta-prism bends the incoming laser beam exactly 90°, redirecting it to a new “square” laser reference line. The exiting beam is square to the incoming beam within 0.0006°, equivalent to 0.001 in. over 8 ft. Rotating the front nosepiece turns that reference line through a full rotation, sweeping a square laser reference plane for additional alignment and measurement work. A fine adjust feature helps you direct the beam exactly where it is needed, while a built-in wireless receiver monitors the incoming beam and actively corrects for any misalignment.
Fully compatible with Pinpoint’s Microgage line and a wide range of laser receivers, mounts, and software options, including the Microgage PRO Smart Display and Capture™ software.
