Warranty
Pinpoint Laser Systems, Inc. warrants the Microgage System against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment. However, there are options if you would like to extend your warranty past 1-year. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product, provided that the unit has not been physically mistreated including internal tampering (opening the sealed compartments) as determined by Pinpoint Laser Systems. Although issues with a Pinpoint Laser System product is rare, we stand by our equipment and are always ready to help with any issue you may have with our systems.
Product Return Policy
Upon approval by Pinpoint Laser Systems, the system may be shipped (prepaid) back to the factory, with a statement of the problem, for evaluation and repair. If the unit is still under warranty, as determined by Pinpoint Laser Systems, it will be repaired free of charge and returned to the customer. Should the customer choose not to have the product repaired, the product will be promptly shipped back to the customer.
Return Shipping Recommendations
- Ship in original packaging or package carefully
- Recommend UPS or FED for shipment (Pinpoint Laser Systems does not accept DHL shipments)
- Call before the unit is shipped so a repair team can anticipate the arrival
Non-Warranty Repair
A Microgage System, which is not under warranty may be returned (prepaid) to the factory for evaluation. The unit will be tested and the customer notified of the repair cost and return date. Should the customer decide not to have the unit repaired it will be promptly returned to the customer.
