Digital Measuring and Alignment Simplified
Pinpoint Laser Systems announces immediate availability of the Microgage PRO Universal Kit, now providing owners and users with a suite of industrial measurement options. Many customers have already shown interest in the kit earning it the moniker: The Swiss Army Knife of laser alignment tools. William Slager, principal product engineer at Pinpoint Laser Systems, explained, “There are more ways to use this laser measurement kit than customers have discovered.”
- Users are now guided by the smart display’s easy to follow alignment instructions.
- The touch screen works in conjunction with the user’s tool of choice and the wireless receiver option thus expanding the system’s capabilities, fitting more alignment needs.
In addition to all the Standard Kit items, the Universal Kit comes with accessories fit for an array of applications. Easy install custom alignment software assists users with routines for planer, squareness and parallel projects. Three different supports (precision leveler rotational mount, 4-axis precision mount and precision tripod mount) make structures and parts more accessible – durable nylon bag for tripod included. The 90-Line Laser Microgage provides precise right angle laser reference lines for alignment and checks for machinery squareness.
Updating products in one convenient kit was not the only commitment Pinpoint Laser systems made. Slager explained that “[the Universal Kit] has more functionality than anything else in the market,” bringing better technology and more options to kit owners. See the PRO Universal Kit in action at Pinpoint’s IMTS 2016 booth # N-6354 where live demos will be available through each day of the exhibit.
